When will suits be back in stock?
Restocks may take minimum 2-3 weeks, depending on the fabric colors, most popular items, and how fast I can sew! Some colors may only be available for a limited time due to the specialty fabric used and demand. If you missed out, sign up to be notified through the out of stock item or by subscribing to the email list!
Will you have other styles?
Yes! I have a ton of other styles, colors, and prints planned. Make sure to interact with my story polls and questions via IG to let me know which styles you want to see. I'll be sharing new styles as they're made.

How are you being environmentally friendly?
Many ways! You can check out my waste-free strategy here for more info. To sum it up, I only use recyclable, compostable, or biodegradable materials. The production process of the fabrics used, use less energy and water than almost all other manufacturers. I also support organizations that clean up our oceans and reduce our carbon footprint.
Will there be sales and discounted items?
There may be limited sales and discounted items depending on the time of year. To continue with my waste-free outlook, I don't overstock items and work primarily on a smaller, more controlled basis. Stock will increase based on demand. These smaller collections/launches do make the suits more exclusive but allow me to prevent over purchasing, wasting fabric, and having to heavily discount items.
What is the fabric made of?
I currently use four eco-friendly types of fabric.
• Amni Soul Eco; has the ability to biodegrade within 3-5 years under landfill conditions, and is super soft, extremely stretchy, and durable.
• Carvico Vita (Econyl); made from recycled consumer plastic, and is chlorine and sun screen resistant.
•Flexfit (Recycled Polyester); made from recycled consumer plastic, and is chlorine and sun screen resistant.
• Milpan (Recycled Nylon); made from recycled consumer plastic, and is chlorine and sun screen resistant.
All fabric is STANDARD 100 certified by OEKO-TEX, meaning it is 100% safe for your skin.
What butt coverage options are there?
I currently offer minimal, cheeky, moderate, high-waisted, and high-hip. I'll be expanding to full coverage very soon! Check out the

Where are they designed and created?
All suits are designed and created in Florida by Nicole (owner and creator of Kolé Swim); however, the first collection of suits were manufactured in Brazil.
Do the tops and one pieces have padding?
They do not. Pads are very harmful to the environment which is why I don't provide them. Suits from the first collection (Denver, Trieste, and Savannah) do have pad lining if you would like to add your own in. I'm still working on including lining with the handmade pieces, but it has been difficult to create with reversible designs!
What if my suit is damaged?
I inspect all suits before shipment, however, there is a chance I overlook an issue. Contact me within 48 hours of delivery if you notice damage to your suit. From there I'll work with you to either create a return for a refund or exchange. If you caused damage to the suit, you will not be able to return, exchange, or receive a refund for the product.
Suits that will not be accepted: Suits with makeup, deodorant, self tan or other destructive customer marks. Suits that smell like smoke, perfume, body sprays, or creams.
How should I wash/care for my suit?
Do not place in the washing machine. Hand wash with cold water and like colors. Use a gentle detergent. Do not twist or scrunch. Rinse after each use, even if you did not go in water; this helps clean off any sunscreens or oils. Bold/darker colors may bleed after first wash; to avoid bleeding on other items, wash separately. Rinsing/washing your suits preserves the material and helps the colors last longer!
Do not place in the dryer. Hang or lay flat to dry in shade. Do not wring or scrunch; pat dry with a flat towel if needed. Do not place wet suits with other clothing, or items that can pick up color bleed. Do not store wet.
This fabric is delicate and must be taken care of properly. Avoid high levels of chlorine or other harsh chemicals. Avoid rough surfaces. Careful wearing wet suits with other fabrics, the suit or other item could bleed on each other and damage either item. I recommend putting sunscreen and oils on before wearing your suit; some sunscreens and oils can stain the delicate fabric if placed directly on the suit. Kolé Swim will not be responsible for improper care.
How do I find my size?
Please refer to the sizing charts here. If you feel like your size shown does not match up once you receive your suit, please let me know as these sizing charts were based off in person measurements and comparative charts. Your input helps keep these charts updated and helps out other customers!
What if I'm between sizes?
Size up for more coverage and a comfortable fit. You can size down, but please be aware that there will be less coverage and some styles may fit snug. Contact me if you have questions.
What are your sizes and will there be me more?
I currently offer sizes XS-3XL. These sizes do not apply to all styles at the moment. If you have a specific size that is not listed, contact me to see availability.
Can I change my order?
You may change your order if it is a Ready-To-Ship item and has not shipped or if it is a Made-To-Order item and I have not started the creation process. Please contact me here or through firstname.lastname@example.org immediately to make changes. Please note that not all items cost the same amount limiting the ability to change your order. If your order has already been shipped or I have started creating your suit, I will not be able to make changes.
Kolé Swim will not be held responsible for wrong addresses or incorrect items ordered.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your item has shipped. There will be a tracking number attached that you can check for updates.
Can I use multiple discount codes?
Only one discount code can be applied at a time. Discounts may not be eligible on certain sale items or discounted pieces. Most automatic discounts can be combined with select discount codes.
Can I use a discount code on an order already placed?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed the system does not allow me to add the discount. I can offer the option to cancel your order so that you may place a new order and apply the code.
Can I use my gift card with a discount code or sale items?
Definitely! First add your gift card, then add your code in the box during checkout. Most sale prices will be automatically added to your items, in this case just add your gift card.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 3 business days for Ready-To-Ship items. All Made-To-Order items may ship within 2-3 weeks depending on the season. You'll receive an email once it has shipped with a tracking number. Orders do not ship on the weekends or on holidays. Any delays with shipping will be announced via social media and through email. Please note that delay times will occur around the holidays and with COVID-19 restrictions.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders should take 3-7 business days to ship in the US, and 9-14 business days for international orders, depending on your location.
Delays: Due to COVID-19, all shipping has been slowed. Please allow longer shipping times during this pandemic. Some USPS tracking updates are VERY slow and may take 5-7 days to register. In some cases, USPS may say delivered and not deliver until the following day, please allow 3 additional days for delivery in this case. This is frustrating for the both of us, but I appreciate your patience! If it has still not been delivered after this allotted time, send me an email at email@example.com or use the contact form.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I offer worldwide shipping. International shipments do have a $10-$15 shipping fee depending on order weight.
Who covers customs fees, duties, and taxes?
You as the customer will potentially have to cover customs fees, duties, and taxes. If you refuse, the item will be returned and you will receive a partial refund (shipping and customs fees/duties/taxes will not be refunded). Kolé Swim does not determine customs fees/duties/taxes, as it is up to your country of residence. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
My Item was "Returned To Sender," what happens now?
Orders that are shipped back after failed delivery attempts are Returned to Sender. This happens when the mail service deems packages as undeliverable. When this happens, you will receive a refund minus the shipping cost and any additional shipping fees that may have accrued. Kolé Swim cannot be held responsible for orders that have incomplete, missing, or incorrect addresses. I urge you to ensure all information is correct when placing an order.
My package is missing/ I have not received my package yet. What do I do?
If you have selected the Route Shipping Protection during checkout, your package will be covered and you will receive a new shipment. Under all circumstances the mail carrier is responsible for misplaced, lost, or stolen packages. However, I want you to get your suits! Please contact me so that I can help put in a claim with the post office to retrieve your package or work on another solution.

How do I return my order?
Please contact me here or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns must be requested within 15 business days of delivery. Suits must not have been worn, washed, or torn, and the liner must still be intact. Suits that have make up, deodorant, self tan or other destructive marks on them will not be accepted. Suits that smell like smoke, perfume, body sprays, or creams will not be accepted. If products are returned damaged, your order will not be refunded and may be returned back to you at your expense. All sale items and discounted items are final sale. If your return is approved, you'll receive a pre-paid return label (US only). This cost will be deducted in your refund.
All custom orders cannot be returned and are non-refundable. These items are made specifically for you and created based on your measurments and custom fabric pick.
At this time I am unable to provide pre-paid international shipment labels. You may still return your item through your preferred carrier, however, all shipping costs and customs fees will be at your expense. Partial refunds will be given once we receive the item(s); shipping and customs fees/duties/taxes are non-refundable (including return shipments). Gift cards cannot be refunded.

When will I get my refund?
A partial refund will be applied to your original purchase method (ex. Paypal or CC) once the returned item has been received. Shipping fees and customs fees/duties/taxes are nonrefundable. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to transfer once submitted. If your purchase was made with a gift card, you'll receive store credit.
I received a suit as a gift, but I need to return it. What do I do?
Please contact or email me at email@example.com for your options. I'll need the order number or email address used during the purchase.
Can I exchange my order?
Please contact or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org for your exchange options. You may only exchange for another size or same priced item, if available. I cannot guarantee that your desired style, color, or size will be in stock. All sale items and discounted items are final sale. Shipping charges will be applied for returns and new shipments.
All custom items cannot be exchanged.
Why wasn't my shipping refunded?
Shipping charges, customs fees/duties/taxes are nonrefundable. This payment goes directly to the post office/ your country of residence to pay them for their time and work.
Can I return or exchange a sale or discounted item?
All sale and discounted items are final sale. Depending on the suit style and current inventory available, I may be able to exchange one of these items for a new size. This only applies to Ready To Ship items. Colors can not be changed. Please contact me with any questions!
